Disclosed are a remote operation method, a shooting detection method, a remote shooting control method, and a firearm control stick control method to control safety for shooting training. According to the present invention, the remote operation method comprises: a step of allowing a remote shooting controller to generate a remote control command for controlling an operation state of a firearm control stick; a step of allowing the remote shooting controller to transmit the generated remote control command to a firearm control stick controller attached to the firearm control stick in real-time; a step of allowing the firearm control stick controller to receive the remote control command from the remote shooting controller; and a step of allowing the firearm control stick controller to operate the firearm control stick in accordance with the remote control command received in real-time. According to the present invention, a shooting control manager controls the firearm control stick of a shooter′s firearm in a remote plate to prevent firing of the firearm or check the number of the remaining bullets, thereby preventing accidental firing. Moreover, quickly coping with an unexpected situation is possible during shooting training.
