PURPOSE: A structure of water-cooled oil cooler for vehicles is provided to minimize oil hoses because an oil inlet is formed opposite to an engine oil inlet and inserted near a lubricating device or an automatic transmission.;CONSTITUTION: A structure of water-cooled oil cooler for vehicles comprises a inner partition. The partition is for cooling oil and allowing cool water to flow inside. A cooling water partition and an oil partition are separately formed. The partition comprises a plurality of layers. In the oil partition, the oil for an automatic transmission and engine oil flow in and out. Inside the oil partition, an upper partition and lower partition are formed. In the upper partition, the oil for the automatic transmission flows in and out. In the lower partition, the engine oil flows in and out.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
