PURPOSE: A Ni-based alloy solid wire for welding is provided to ensure high weldability due to the tensile strength equal to or higher than that of base metal.;CONSTITUTION: A Ni-based alloy solid wire for welding comprises Cr(Chromium) of 27.0-31.5wt.%, Ti(Titanium) of 0.50-0.90wt.%, Nb(Niobium) of 0.40-0.70wt.%, Ta(Tantalum) of 0.10-0.30wt.%, C(Carbon) of 0.010-0.030wt.%, Fe(Iron) of 5.0-11.0wt.%, Al(Aluminum) of 0.10wt.% or less, N(Nitrogen) of 0.020wt.% or less, Zr(Zirconium) of 0.005wt.% or less, P(Phosphorus) of 0.010wt.% or less, S(Sulfur) of 0.0050wt.% or less, Si(Silicon) of 0.50wt.% or less, Mn(Manganese) of 1.00wt.% or less, and Ni(Nickel) and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
