摘要
PURPOSE: To develop an alloy for welding material that is inexpensively fabricated and has superior weldability and corrosion resistance at high temperature so that the alloy is suitably used as a welding material of equipment such as steam generators installed at an atomic power plant. CONSTITUTION: The alloy for welding material comprises 2.76 to 5.0 mass% of manganese(Mn), 28.0 to 30.79 mass% of chromium(Cr), 0.09 to 0.50 mass% of titanium(Ti), and the balance being nickel(Ni) and inevitable impure elements that are not removable by smelting and refining processes. The alloy for welding material comprises 2.76 to 5.0 mass% of manganese(Mn), 28.0 to 30.79 mass% of chromium(Cr), 0.09 to 0.50 mass% of titanium(Ti), 0 to 16.845 mass% of one or more elements selected from the element group consisting of carbon(C), silicon(Si), phosphorus(P), sulfur(S), molybdenum(Mo), vanadium(V), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), niobium(Nb), cobalt(Co) and aluminum(Al), and the balance being nickel(Ni) and inevitable impure elements that are not removable by smelting and refining processes.
