PURPOSE: An encapsulating material weight measuring method and an encapsulating material dispenser using the same are provided to accurately determine whether encapsulating material encapsulated in a lead frame is over the required amount or not by accurately measuring the weight of the encapsulating material.;CONSTITUTION: A work table(110) comprises a hoisting hole(112) corresponding to a lead frame. A lifting unit(120) comprises a lifting operation unit(122) and a supporting plate(124). A discharge unit discharges a fixed amount of encapsulating material to the lead framed which is lifted by the lifting unit. The supporting plate is arranged in the same height as the hoisting hole of the work table. The lifting operation unit is arranged at the lower side of the hoisting hole of the work table.
