URETHANE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL LENS AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE OPTICAL LENS USING THEREOF CAPABLE OF ENHANCING THERMAL STABILITY AND INCREASING THERMAL DEFORMATION TEMPERATURE
PURPOSE: A urethane-based resin composition for optical lens and a manufacturing method of the optical lens using thereof are provided to increase initial thermal deformation temperature and to reduce crack phenomenon of multi-layer of lens surface.;CONSTITUTION: A urethane-based resin composition for optical lens comprises 25-65 weight% of compound which is produced by adding diisocyanate compound to tolylene diisocyanate, 35-75 weight% of mercapto compound which has one or more of sulfur atom in a molecule, an ultraviolet-absorbing agent, a release agent, and a polymerization initiator. An equivalence ratio of -SH(and, -OH)/-NCO is 1.05-1.50, a liquid refractive index(Ne, 20 deg. Celsius) is 1.550-1.660, a solid refractive index(Ne, 20 deg. Celsius) is 1.630-1.695, an abbe number(20 deg. Celsius) is 24-50, and a liquid phase viscosity(20 deg. Celsius) is 10-1,000cps.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
