URETHANE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL LENS WITH SUPER-HIGH REFRACTIVE INDEX HAVING LOWER COLOR CHANGE DUE TO HEAT BECAUSE OF EXCELLENT THERMAL STABILITY, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AN OPTICAL LENS USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A urethane-based resin composition for optical lens is provided to have excellent lightness, moldability, dyeability, Abbe's number, transparency, impact resistance, etc together with high refractivity, to have high initial heat-deflection temperature, and to have low multi-layer crack phenomenon of lens surface.;CONSTITUTION: A urethane-based resin composition comprises: a mixture of a tolylene diisocyanate compound and a dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate compound, or an isophorone diisocyanate or a hexamethylene diisocyanate compound added into the mixture; a mercapto compound having one or more sulfur atom in a molecule; and a UV absorbing agent, a releasing agent, and a polymerization initiator. The equivalent ratio of -SH(and -OH)/-NCO is 0.5-1.50, the liquid refractive index is 1.550-1.660, the solid refractive index 1.630-1.695, the Abbe's number(20°C) is 24-50, and the liquid viscosity(20°C) is 10-1,000 cps.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
