PURPOSE: A tap update control device is provided to improve noise level estimation performance by restricting the number of tap update times using simple structure.;CONSTITUTION: A feed forward filter(100) filters inputted signal. The feed forward filter outputs the filtered signal to a first adder(120). A feedback filter filters the signal outputted from a decision unit(130). The feedback filter outputs the filtered signal to the first adder. The first adder adds the inputted signals.
