APPARATUS FOR CONVEYING SEMICONDUCTOR FILMS CAPABLE OF SOLVING GENERATION OF POOR DELIVERY AND FAULTY SEMICONDUCTOR FILMS DUE TO TORSION OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR FILMS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for conveying semiconductor films is provided to prevent curvature phenomenon of films by rotating a caterpillar belt being wound by left belt wheels and right belt wheels.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for conveying semiconductor films(100) comprises a first rotary shaft(110), a second rotary shaft(120), first belt wheels, second belt wheels, a first caterpillar belt, a second caterpillar belt(160), and sprockets(152). The first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft are parallelly arranged leaving a predetermined interval along a longitudinal direction of a semiconductor film. The first and second belt wheels are respectively arranged in both ends of the first and second rotary shafts and the centers thereof are coupled to the first and the second rotary shafts. The inner surfaces of the first and second caterpillar belts are wound on the first and second belt wheels so that the first and second caterpillar belts can be rotated together according to the rotation of the first and second belt wheels when the first and second rotary shafts rotate. The sprockets formed in the outer surface of the first and second caterpillar belts are inserted to conveying holes formed in both sides of the conductor film along a longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
