PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a motor having the same are provided to minimize energy consumption required for driving by reducing friction by oil while enhancing rigidity and a damping effect.;CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly(100) comprises a shaft(110), a sleeve(120), and an oil reservoir(114'). A first magnet(115) is joined to the shaft. The sleeve supports the shaft. The sleeve comprises a second magnet(125) arranged to be faced to the first magnet. An upper surface of the sleeve corresponding to the lower part of the second magnet and the first magnet are recessed so that the oil reservoir obtains an oil storing space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
