PURPOSE: A light weight plastering material composition for high-strength concrete refractory coating and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve fire-resistance efficiency of the plastering material by mixing light weight aggregate with gypsum at an optimal ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A light weight plastering material composition uses light weight aggregate and includes 5-15 weight% of gypsum. A volume ratio of binding material to fine aggregate is 1:1-1:2. A fire-resistance obtaining method comprises a step of coating the light weighted mortar plastering material on high-strength concrete with a thickness thicker than 30mm. A manufacturing method of a light weight plastering material composition for high-strength concrete refractory coating comprises a step of adding 5-15 parts by weight of gypsum while using light weight aggregate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
