PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing fine Ti(Titanium) powder are provided to increase productivity of Ti by preventing flow of carrying stream from being interrupted due to accumulation of unreacted reducing agent in a transferring pipe at the lower side of a reaction chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fine Ti powder is as follows. Gaseous TiCl4(Titanium Tetrachloride) and liquid reducing agent are injected to a reaction chamber(21) and the TiCl4 is reduced to reducing agent, thereby generating Ti powder. The TiCl4 is injected in multiple stages from multiple positions for a vertical direction of the reaction chamber to the injected reducing agent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
