PURPOSE: A recording medium in which an object recognizing program using a motion trace is stored and an object recognizing device thereof are provided to extract arrangement information and location information of a specific area by a motion trace, thereby recognizing texts or partitioning a partial image object.;CONSTITUTION: A motion trace tracking module(30) tracks a motion trace of a mobile terminal using sensing data of a motion sensor and a change of an image photographed by a digital camera. The motion trace tracking module includes a regional motion analyzing module, a global motion analyzing module, and a motion trace generating module. The motion trace generating module integrates generated motion vectors. The motion trace generating module generates the entire motion traces.
