摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic fillet welding device and automatic fillet welding method are provided to securely detect a starting end portion or a finishing end portion.;CONSTITUTION: Proximity sensors(3j,3k) are installed near to guide rollers(3h,3i) moving on a plate B being fillet-welded to a plate A. Proximity sensors(3p,3q) detecting the plate A where a trolley is driving are respectively installed in a side surface(3l,3m) of the trolley. Eddy-current displacement sensor detecting a plates of a magnetism structure are used near to each proximity sensor. A welding by a welding torch(5) is stopped when one of the proximity sensors does not detect the plate A, or one of the proximity sensors does not detect the plate B. However, the traveling of the trolley is continued while the proximity sensors(3p,3q) detect the plate A together.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
