PURPOSE: A learning managing system for improving a learning ability and a method thereof, a learning information synchronization apparatus and an operating method, terminal and an operating method are provided to consistently perform a learning management by synchronizing information about the learner of the terminal at the learning managing system even if a content providing apparatus is turned off.;CONSTITUTION: A learning managing apparatus(130) supplies requested learning content in online state. When the user of a terminal(100) uses learning content in offline state, a learning managing apparatus synchronizes learning information by using tracking information about the learning content which the terminal offers. A learning information synchronization apparatus(120) receives the tracking information from the terminal at the offline state of the terminal and the learning managing apparatus.
