DIGITAL CONTENTS PROVIDING SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING ILLEGAL DISSEMINATION AND ILLEGAL COPY, METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A digital video contents providing system for preventing an illegal copy/ circulation and a method thereof are provided to download digital video contents including only a video not an audio in downloading of the digital video and receives/ plays audio data with real time streaming, thereby protecting the contents from an illegal copy. CONSTITUTION: A contents dividing unit(110) divides digital video contents into video data and audio data. Storage unit(120,130) store video and sound data. If a download request is received from a playback terminal device, the transmission control unit(140) extracts the video data of the digital video contents from the storage unit and transmits it. If a playback request about the video data is received, the transmission control unit extracts the sound data corresponding to the video data' from the storage unit and transmits it to the playback terminal device through real time streaming.
