PURPOSE: A positive photo-sensitive resin composition, a cured film using the same, a method for forming the cured film, an organic electroluminescence display device, and a liquid crystal display device are provided to improve the sensitivity of the composition regardless of a substrate and an exposing unit.;CONSTITUTION: A positive photo-sensitive resin composition includes 0.001 to 1.00 mass% of copolymer, 0.001 to 1.00 mass% of a resin, a photoacid generator, and a solvent. The weight average molecular weight of the copolymer is in a range between 1,000 and 10,000. The copolymer includes a structural unit A and a structural unit B represented by chemical formula 1. The resin is represented by chemical formula 2. The resin includes a structural unit with an acid labile group and a structural unit with a functional group. The acid labile group generates a carboxylic group or a phenolic hydroxyl group by the action of acid. The function group forms covalent bonds by being reacted with the carboxylic group or the phenolic hydroxyl group. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R3 are respectively hydrogen elements or methyl groups; R2 is a C1 to C4 linear alkylene group; R4 is a hydrogen element or an alkyl group; L is a C3 to C6 alkylene group; p and q are mass% of the structural unit A and the structural unit B; p is 100 to 80 mass%; q is 20 to 90 mass%; r is the integer of 1 to 18; and n is the inter of 1 to 10.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
