SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR EFFECTIVE STACKING OF RAW PAPER MATERIALS OF A CORRUGATED BOARD

PURPOSE: A system and a method for stacking raw materials of a corrugated board are provided to increase working stability by consistently positioning the raw materials of a corrugated board at an exact position as the raw materials of the corrugated board are removed after being safely positioned in the upper part of a pallet in a slide plate part.;CONSTITUTION: A system for stacking raw materials of a corrugated board comprises a pallet conveying part(10), a raw material conveying part(20), and a slide plate part(30). The pallet conveying part loads pallets(P) on the top and transfers the pallets in a longitudinal direction along a conveyor(12). The raw material conveying part is positioned such that raw materials(C) for a corrugated board cross the pallets are transferred toward the pallet conveying part. The slide plate part is positioned in the upper part of the pallet conveying part where the pallet conveying part and the raw material conveying part are crossed.
