THE HEALTH FOOD USING ORIENTAL MEDICINE AND ACACIA HONEY

PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using medical herbs and acacia honey is provided to remove the bitter taste of the medical herbs, and to prevent the destruction of components contained in the medical herbs. CONSTITUTION: Health supplementary food using medical herbs and acacia honey is obtained by the following steps: cleanly washing and drying 15 different kinds of medical herbs; crushing each dried medical herb using a crusher; mixing 75g of crushed medical herb powder obtained by mixing the crushed medical herbs 5g each, 10g of red ginseng extract, and 900g of acacia honey; stirring the mixture for 1-2 hours; and aging the mixture at 18-25 deg C for 8-15 days. The medical herbs include angelica gigas, cnidium officinale, dioscorea batatas, persimmon leaves, mulberry leaves, adenophora triphylla, balloon flower roots, flaxseeds, polygonum multiflorum, agaricus blazei, hericium erinaceus, silkworms, lotus leaves, tangerine peels, and turmeric.
