PURPOSE: the combined use of the smart television top down of tele-control system, in the device and remote control device of button and touch input, so that user executes the device that menu navigation function touches input. ;CONSTITUTION: the remote control device (100) of default top menu button is arranged as grid matrix. Touch apparatus (109) generates the user for corresponding to the control signal of touch input. The device of the touch input is arranged in the button at the top of grid array.
