PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an antibacterial nano fiber web is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial property and to use the web in scaffold or antibacterial membrane film. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating an antibacterial nanofiber containing hydroxyapatite and silver comprises: a step of dissolving polymers in a dispersion solution containing hydroxyapatite to prepare a spinning solution; a step of electrospinning the spinning solution to prepare a nanofiber web; and a step of dipping the nanofiber web into a silver nitrate solution. The spinning solution contains 0.1-5 wt% of hydroxyapatite. The polymer is polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl alcohol, or polyurethane.
