METHOD OF SANITATION TREATMENT OF THE ANIMAL CARCASSES

PURPOSE: A destroyed livestock treating method is provided to improve the hygienic characteristic of the treatment by preventing the generation of leachate and bad odor in a destroyed livestock treating process. CONSTITUTION: A destroyed livestock treating method includes the following: destroyed livestock is pulverized(S10); the pulverized product is sterilized using a sterilizing agent containing 50% or more of effective chlorine(S20); and the sterilized product is fermented to obtain fertilizer(S30). The fertilizer preparing process includes the following: the sterilized product is transferred to a microorganism agent storing bath; bad odor is eliminated from the product; cells of the product are destroyed to become particulate by using a dispersing unit; the particulated product is fermented and decomposed; the decomposed product is precipitated in a solid-liquid separating bath; and the precipitated liquid is separated.
