PURPOSE: A liquid cargo unloading apparatus is provided to improve the stability and efficiency of an unloading work for a liquid cargo.;CONSTITUTION: A liquid cargo unloading apparatus unloads liquid cargo from a first ship to a second ship and comprises a loading unit(150), an unloading unit(160), and a floating unit(100). The unloading unit receives the liquid cargo from the first ship. The unloading unit unloads the liquid cargo of the loading unit to the second ship.
