PURPOSE: A mobile terminal configuration/operation method for a data packet re-purchasing service in order to perform data communication without directly connecting a communication network is provided to enable a mobile terminal provider who supplies a communication relay function to efficiently consume data traffic.;CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(146) receives a request for establishing a communication link with a second mobile terminal(120) from a first network device(140).
