PURPOSE: A system for measuring a dangerous voltage and a method thereof are provided to calculate distribution of a voltage to ground for a reference frequency, thereby controlling an effect of a reference frequency drift current generated by a leakage or system failure.;CONSTITUTION: A voltage measuring unit(151) respectively measures a voltage to the ground for a plurality of foot electrodes by calculating potential difference between the foot electrodes and assistant electrodes. The voltage measuring unit measures the voltage between a surface of a support and a physical body resisting unit. A signal converting unit(152) converts an analog signal into a digital signal. A filtering unit(153) performs a filtering operation according to a frequency feature such as a band pass filter, etc. A calculating unit(154) calculates distribution of the voltage to the ground by using a measuring value of the voltage to the ground for the foot electrodes.
