Comparison of DC Voltage Reference Measuring Systems of HUT and NPL. EurometProject 495. Comparison of Voltage Measurement at DC Voltages up to 100 kv

The work was executed in frameworks EUROMET, project No 495. The purpose of theproject was to compare the reference standards and measurement techniques of the participants in the area of high voltages up to 100 kV. The HUT measurements were carried out from 26.06.2000 to 14.07.2000. Determination of the ratios of the 100 kV DC divider from NPL has been made. The divider has four different scale factors 100 000:1, 10 000:1 and 1 000:1. The uncertainty of scale factors determination is not more than plus or minus 40 ppm from 1 kV to 100kV. Coverage factor k=2 (confidence level of 95%). Uncertainties were calculated using the software GUM Workbench 1.2 by Metrodata GmbH.
