PURPOSE: An electronic moxa treatment device and a moxa treatment system using thereof are provided to enable users to easily carry the moxa treatment device by heating an electronic heating element using a power supply unit with a chargeable secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: An electronic moxa treatment device includes a treating unit body(21), a power supply unit(22), and a heating element(23). A user can grip the treating unit body and move around the predetermined portion on the human body for the moxa treatment. The power supply unit is installed on the treating unit body for supplying electricity to the heating element. The heating element is installed on the treating unit body, and emits heat toward the lower side of the treating unit body. The electronic moxa treatment device also includes a controller for controlling the heating of the heating element.
