The present invention relates to a gas sensor for detecting an organophosphorus comopund gas based on a carbon nanotube transistor (CNT-FET), and more specifically to a thiol on the electrode (gold) surface of a single-walled carbon nanotube transistor. It shows high selectivity and sensitivity to organophosphorus compound gas, especially nerve agents that can be used in chemical warfare and chemical terrorism, through the change of Schottky barrier according to the reaction between the recognition substance immobilized through the group or cyano group and the gas to be detected. It relates to a carbon nanotube transistor type organophosphorus compound gas sensor.
