PROBE CARD CAPABLE OF INCREASING A PROCESSING CAPACITY BY CLOSING A GAP BETWEEN ADJACENT NEEDLES

PURPOSE: A probe card is provided to connect a needle and a relay substrate by using a pressure contact rubber socket, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.;CONSTITUTION: An installing plate(420) includes an inserting hole which a leg of a needle can be inserted. A circuit pattern is formed in a relay substrate(430) for relaying electric signals between the needle and a tester. A plate(440) with a connection hole(441) is installed between the installing plate and the relay substrate. A pressure contact rubber socket block(450) is inserted in the connection hole of the plate. The pressure contact rubber socket block has a conductive rubber contact terminal for electrically connecting the needle and an electrical contact point of the relay substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
