PURPOSE: A component information teaching method of a chip mounter is provided to easily determine mounting location of a component by determining final mounting coordinate based on a feature point of the component. CONSTITUTION: First video information for a domain of a first part of a component to be mounted on a substrate is obtained(S1020). The first video information for the domain of the first part is overlapped on the substrate. The first video information is marked on the top of the substrate(S1030). A first coordinate is indicated in the substrate in which the first video information is marked(S1040). The domain of the first part is located on the first coordinate.
