PURPOSE: A stamping out apparatus of infected livestock and a stamping out method of the same are provided to alleviate the pain of the infected livestock and to start early decomposition of the livestock. CONSTITUTION: A stamping out apparatus of infected livestock is composed of a collecting container(10), meshes(15), a cover(20), and a deodorizer(30). A leachate bath(12) is installed at the inner bottom of the collecting container. A leachate draining pipe(13) is installed at one side of the leachate bath. The meshes are installed on both sides of the bottom of the collecting container and discharges secretion from the livestock. The cover includes an injecting pipe(22). The deodorizer is installed at the upper plate(14) of the collecting container.
