PURPOSE: A dental tool for an implant placement hole is provided to shorten operation time by selecting unevenness and diameter according to the condition of alveolar bone of a patient.;CONSTITUTION: A dental tool(30) provides unevenness on an inner boarder of an initial hole for an implant placement hole. A dental tool supporter(10) is attached on the lower end of the dental tool. The diameter of the dental tool is 2 to 7 mm.
