PURPOSE: A method for controlling the initial operational condition is provided to maintain the concentration of microorganisms in the anaerobic digestion bath with a pre-determined range. The pure alkali degree and the concentration of NH_4^+-N in the sludge supernatant liquid of the digestion bath is detected(S210). The calculated amount of organic carbon source is injected into the digestion bath(S230).
