PURPOSE: A content download service providing system and a method thereof are provided to shorten a download time by distributing the downloading of requested contents to plural sub clients connected with a single client terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A content service server(210) receives a request for a content service from a client terminal(201) through a predetermined channel. The content service server identifies sub client terminals(202, 203, 204) connected with the client terminal. The content service server routes the request contents and a download control signal.
