PURPOSE: A hydraulic damper and a hydraulic power steering apparatus for a vehicle using the same are provided to buffer vibration and noise transferred to a cylinder tube by using a hydraulic damper.;CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic damper(300) comprises a damper housing(350), a first elastic member(305), a support case(310), a disc, a poppet seat(320), a poppet(330), a second elastic member, and a sleeve(340). The first elastic member supplies elastic force by being supported by the end portion of the damper housing. The support case is coupled with the first elastic member. The disk is coupled with the support case. The poppet seat is supported by the damper housing and forms a normal flow passage and a reverse flow passage. The poppet opens and closes the normal flow passage by being slid in the poppet seat. The second elastic member supplies elastic force to the poppet. The sleeve is coupled with the damper housing while supporting the second elastic member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
