STEM CELLS HAVING IMPROVED KIDNEY SPECIFIC HOMING AND THERAPEUTIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING THE CELLS

PURPOSE: A stem cell which increases mobility specifically towards the kidney and a composition for treating kidney diseases including the same are provided to increase cytotherapy efficiency of kidney for multiple organ failure patients. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating kidney diseases includes stem cells which specifically increase mobility towards kidney. The kidney disease is multiple organ failure including kidney, acute or chronic renal failures. The stem cell which increases mobility specifically towards the kidney increases the expression of a chemokine receptor by treating TNF- A to the stem cell. The stem cell is obtained by treating KIM-1 and increasing mobility to inside the kidney.
