The present invention relates to a method for producing stem cells for increasing homing to stem cells. The present invention relates to a stem cell having increased kidney-specific mobility and a composition for treating a kidney disease including the stem cell. The therapeutic composition enhances the efficiency of treatment of kidney cells selectively in patients with multiple organ failure, and can be used as medicinal materials for acute renal failure and chronic renal failure therapy, which are intractable diseases.
