PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a worm gear box type component system capable of accurately controlling the rotation of the component system is provided to precisely control a rotating angle of a component system through a precise control of a motor and to multiply the efficiency of a task by reducing belt operation-installation time.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a worm gear box type component system(3) capable of accurately controlling the rotation of the component system is as follows. A worm(2) is manufactured to be directly connected to a motor shaft(1). A worm wheel(4) is mounted to a component system. The worm and worm wheel are engaged to each other. The worm is directly connected to the motor shaft. The worm wheel is embedded in the component system, thereby being integrated with the component system.
