PURPOSE: A film roll for cover layer and a cover layer formation method of a printed circuit board are provided to easily arrange a film for cover layer on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A film for cover layer(220) for printed circuit board and a carrier film(240) are reeled. A protrusion part of the film for cover layer is not overlapped with the film for cover layer. An adhesive(230) is formed on a lower side of the protrusion part of the carrier film. The adhesive adheres to the film for cover layer and the carrier film on the printed circuit board.
