PURPOSE: A composite waterproofing method of FPR(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) and a waterproof membrane is provided to remarkably reduce construction time because a work for forming a base control layer is not required. CONSTITUTION: A composite waterproofing method of FPR and a waterproof membrane is as follows. A primer layer(20) is formed by spreading primer on the surface of a concrete structure(10) to improve adhesion between the surface of the concrete structure and an FRP layer(30). The FRP layer is formed on the top of the primer layer using glass fibers and FRP resins. A fixing plate(40) is installed using a fixing nail(50) to prevent the FRP layer from becoming completely separated from the surface of the concrete structure. An additional FRP layer is formed to protect the fixing plate and the fixing nail. Primer(60) for a waterproof membrane layer is spread on the top of the additional FRP layer to improve adhesion between the additional FRP layer and a waterproof membrane layer(70).
