PURPOSE: A method for regenerating zinc of a zinc-air battery using waste aluminum is provided to regenerate zinc fuel for a zinc-air battery by collecting heat and hydrogen gas produced during a chemical zinc regenerating process using aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A method for regenerating zinc of a zinc-air battery using waste aluminum comprises the steps of: setting a reaction container in a water bath(S100), filling the reaction container with waste basic electrolyte containing zinc ion(S200), dipping aluminum as a reducing agent in the waste basic electrolyte to deposit zinc ion through chemical reduction(S300), and physically collecting the metal ion deposited on the aluminum(S400).
