PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cathode for zinc-air cells is provided to improve voltage and current capacity by regenerate cathode which is changed into zinc oxide or zinc oxide as high function zinc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cathode for zinc-air cells comprises the following steps: melting zinc oxide by using alkaline electrolyte; installing counter electrode and work electrode in which zinc is deposited in an alkaline electrolytic solution; segregating zinc with high specific surface area from alkaline electrolyte in which zinc oxide is saturated by applying the current having specified voltage; washing and drying the deposited zinc; and forming zinc gel by mixing the dried zinc with the alkaline electrolyte and gelling agent.
