Poutry feed comprising of Agaricus bisporus powder and poultry meat produced feeding the same

PURPOSE: Poultry feed containing agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component and poultry meat raised with the same are provided to increase HDL cholesterol content of eggs and hen by using agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component. CONSTITUTION: Poultry feed contains agaricus bisporus powder as a beneficial component manufactured by drying and crushing agaricus bisporus. The mixed feed for raising poultry includes a feed additive of 0.5-1%. The poultry is raised with the mixed feed for 12 weeks. The HDL cholesterol content of the poultry feed is increased to 86% while increasing freshness, anti-oxidation, hardness, and shelf life of eggs.
