PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fast good, and the fast food manufactured thereby are provided to enable a user to heat or melt the fast food without a separate cooking device. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fast good comprises the following steps: inserting seasoned rice including curry rice or stir-fried rice to a mold(S110); heating the mold to cook the food(S120); and freezing or cooling the food for a user to melt or heat the food when necessary(S130). The mold includes a lower mold and an upper mold coupled to the lower mold.
