PURPOSE: A construction method of a through bridge formed by integrating a side beam and a slab without horizontal strain is provided to reduce construction time by integrating side a slab with side beams through filling concrete. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a through bridge formed by integrating a side beam and a slab without horizontal strain is as follows. Bridge lower structures(200) having abutments and piers(210) are installed in a longitudinal direction. Beams are connected between the top surfaces of the bridge lower structures using a lifting device. Each beam comprises a hollow box-shaped body(111) and a lower support(112). Side beams(110) are installed in both sides of the top surface of the bridge lower structures. Slabs(120) are formed between the top surface of the bridge lower structures and are integrated with the side beams.
