PURPOSE: Fruit syrup for coating popsicles, and a producing method of the popsicles coated with the fruit syrup are provided to uniformly coat the popsicles by mixing fruits, calcium, and an emulsifier. CONSTITUTION: Fruit syrup for coating popsicles contains 25~35wt% of fruits, 0.01~0.5wt% of calcium, and 0.1~1wt% of emulsifier. A producing method of the popsicles coated with the fruit syrup comprises the following steps: firstly coating the popsicles with the fruit syrup and hardening; and secondly coating the popsicles with the fruit syrup and hardening.
