PURPOSE: A water block is provided to have buoyancy and improve the strength thereof by filling the water block with recycled foamed synthetic resin with a hollow part made of foamed synthetic resin and forming an internal member. CONSTITUTION: A water block comprises an external member(10) and an internal member(20). The external member is recycled synthetic resin, and the internal member is recycled foamed synthetic resin. The external member is composed of an upper plate(11), a lower plate(12), and a middle plate(13). Multiple connection holes(15) are formed in the block. A projection and a groove for a connection are formed by projecting the middle plate from the upper plate and the lower plate. Several water blocks are tightly connected to each other by the projection and the groove for connection.
