ESTABLISH OF CONCENTRATION LIMIT OF MARKER COMPOUND IN HERBAL DRUG

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for setting concentration limit of natural product is provided to set up the concentration limit of natural product including herbal medicine by applying a regression line method to the natural product including herbal medicine. CONSTITUTION: Component content of a sample about natural product including herbal medicine is detected(S401). Cumulative probability distribution is calculated as percentile about component content(S403). Log content cumulative probability distribution sets up a natural log value as an independent variable(S404). A line regression tendency about log content cumulative probability distribution is drawn out by applying a straight line regression scheme(S407).
