Enzyme-immobilized catalysts for producing biodiesel and method for preparing the same

PURPOSE: A porous structure, a producing method thereof, an enzyme-immobilized catalyst containing thereof, and a producing method of bio-diesel using the catalyst are provided to prevent the loss of immobilized enzyme for extending the lifetime of the enzyme-immobilized catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a porous structure for an enzyme-immobilized catalyst comprises the following steps: self-assembling mono-disperse polymer particles; inserting the self-assembled mono-disperse polymer particles into a solution containing a structure-directing agent and an acid solution, to produce a double template; reacting the double template with a silica precursor, to produce a silica complex; and plasticizing the silica complex inside an aerosol reactor with the controlled temperature.
