PURPOSE: An attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica strain expressing antigenic glycoprotein 5(GP5) of PRRSV(Porcine Reproductive Respiratory Syndrome Virus) is provided to use as a live vaccine and administer to mammal without infection.;CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica strain contains GP5(glycoprotein 5) of PRRSV(Porcine Reproductive Respiratory Syndrome Virus) in aroA locus of the strain. The strain is attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica (deposit number KCCM 10956P). A method for preparing the attenuated Bordetella bronchiseptica comprises: a step of making an insert comprising N-terminal 50-500bp, C-terminal 50-500bp, selection marker gene sequence and GP5 gene sequence; and a step of inserting the insert to aroA locus by homologous recombination.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
